From Tatters of the King

A larger than life figure, the Reverend Gore is an Anglican missionary with the British Bible Society who has been in India for several years, spreading the Word of the Lord in the cities of the interior.

He is planning to shortly return to England where he hopes to marry, settle down and find a nice quiet parish, though he himself is anything but quiet. An enthusiatic man with a loud booming voice, Gore tends to fill any room he is in.
